The MacDon Dealer App is a survey module used by MacDon representatives to gather intel on customers before and after they demo a product. The representative can then email the content generated from the survey to that particular client who is demoing the product or to another associate. The MacDon representative can also save the potential clients contact information (lead) inside the Application.
The applications content is controlled by Jester Communications’ (the developer) proprietary Application Management System (AMS).
